Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons such as Dashain, Tihar, and New Year, or due to weather and road conditions in remote areas.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping

All orders above Rs. 5,000 inside Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara Valley qualify for free shipping.

Standard shipping

For orders below Rs. 5,000 or outside the Valley, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Remote areas

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or hilly areas due to courier coverage limitations.

Bulk and commercial orders

Special shipping arrangements are available for large commercial orders. Contact us for a custom quote.

How Your Order Gets to You

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, here is what happens:

Order confirmed

You place your order on sixkey.com.np and receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp within a few minutes.

Order processed

Our team reviews and processes your order, coordinates with the vendor, and prepares the item for dispatch. This typically takes 1 business day.

Packed and dispatched

Your order is carefully packed. Fragile items like chandeliers and pendant lights get extra protective packaging before they go to our courier partner.

Tracking shared

Once dispatched, you receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivered to your door

Your order arrives at your delivery address. For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

How We Handle Fragile Products

Lighting products such as chandeliers, pendant lights, mirror lights, and decorative glass fixtures require special care during transit. At Sixkey, we take packaging seriously:

Protective wrapping

Fragile items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap or foam padding before packing.

Sturdy outer packaging

All items are packed in reinforced boxes sized to prevent movement during transit.

Fragile labelling

Packages containing fragile items are clearly marked ‘FRAGILE’ and ‘THIS SIDE UP’ for courier handling.

Damaged on arrival?

If your item arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.

We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery, especially for large or delicate items. If visible damage is noticed on the outer box, document it before accepting the delivery. Likewise, order tracking isn’t available yet. We’re working on it and will introduce this feature soon. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand that many customers prefer to pay on delivery — and we fully support that. Here is what you need to know about COD at Sixkey:

COD inside Valley

Cash on delivery is available for all eligible orders within Kathmandu Valley.

COD outside Valley

COD availability outside the Valley depends on your location. Please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

Payment at delivery

The exact order amount is to be paid in cash to the delivery person at the time of handover.

No hidden charges

The amount you see at checkout is what you pay. No extra COD fees or hidden charges.

Areas With Limited Coverage

While we strive to deliver across all of Nepal, there are some areas where delivery coverage may be limited or unavailable due to courier reach and road accessibility:

  • Highly remote or mountainous areas may not be serviceable by our current courier partners
  • Delivery to some districts outside major cities may take longer than the standard timeframes
  • During natural disasters, bandas (strikes), or severe weather, deliveries may be delayed

Sixkey regularly supplies large-scale commercial projects — hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes, malls, and real estate developments. For bulk orders, we offer:

  • Custom delivery arrangements based on your project timeline and site location
  • Coordination with your site manager or procurement team for smooth delivery
  • Priority dispatch for time-sensitive project requirements
