How do I place an order on Sixkey?

Placing an order on Sixkey is simple. Browse our categories or search for the product you need, click on the item, select your specifications (size, colour, wattage if applicable), and click ‘Add to Cart’. When you are ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and confirm your order.

Do I need to create an account to buy from Sixkey?

You can browse all products without an account. However, creating a free account at sixkey.com.np allows you to track your orders, save items to your wishlist, and access your purchase history anytime.

What payment methods does Sixkey accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for eligible orders inside Kathmandu Valley
  • Online bank transfer / direct deposit, Fonepay
  • Mobile wallets — eSewa, Khalti
    Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

    Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Kathmandu Valley & Pokhara . COD availability for outside the Valley depends on the delivery location and order value. Please contact us to confirm COD availability for your area before placing your order.

    Is it safe to pay online on Sixkey?

    Yes. Sixkey uses secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details. If you have any concerns, you are always welcome to use our COD option or contact us directly before purchasing.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Where does Sixkey deliver?

    We deliver across Nepal. Same-day or next-day delivery is available within Kathmandu & Pokhara Valley for most orders. For orders outside the Valley, delivery times depend on your location and the courier service available in your area. Please note that some remote areas may have limited delivery coverage.

    How long does delivery take?

    Typical delivery timeframes are:

    • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days
    • Outside Kathmandu Valley (major cities): 2–7 business days
    • Remote areas: 7–14 business days, depending on courier availability
    Does Sixkey offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000 inside Kathmandu Valley. For orders below this amount or for deliveries outside the Valley, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

    How are fragile items like chandeliers and pendant lights packaged?

    We take special care in packaging fragile lighting products. All delicate items are wrapped in protective materials and packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

    Can I track my order after it has been placed?

    Order tracking isn’t available yet. We’re working on it and will introduce this feature soon. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your order status, contact our team directly on WhatsApp or call at 985-6028462 and we’ll update you manually.

    Returns & Refunds

    What is Sixkey’s return policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

    • The item must be returned within [2-7] days of delivery, depending on the location
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return

    How long does a refund take?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within [2-7] business days. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

    Are the products on Sixkey original and genuine?

    Yes. All products listed on Sixkey are sourced from verified vendors — both local manufacturers and authorized importers.     Are Sixkey’s products imported or locally manufactured?

    We carry both. Our platform includes products from local Nepali manufacturers as well as imported items from trusted international suppliers. Each product listing clearly indicates the brand and origin where available.

    Yes. Most product listings on Sixkey include detailed technical specifications such as wattage, lumen, voltage, colour temperature, IP rating, dimensions, and material.     Absolutely. Sixkey caters extensively to commercial buyers, including hotels, restaurants, malls, office complexes, and real estate developers.     Do you offer lighting consultation or installation services?

    At the moment, Sixkey focuses on product supply and does not offer installation services directly. However, our team is happy to guide you on product selection, wattage requirements, and compatibility for your space. We plan to introduce consultation services in the future — stay tuned.
