Sixkey (sixkey.com.np) is Nepal’s first and only dedicated e-commerce marketplace for lights, electrical products, and home décor. Founded by Bibek Jung Karki and headquartered in Tinkune, Subidhanagar, Kathmandu, Sixkey was built with one clear belief: that both vendors and customers in Nepal’s lighting and home décor industry deserved a better, smarter, and more transparent way to do business online.

Our Story

The idea behind Sixkey was born from a simple yet persistent frustration in the Nepali market. Customers looking for lighting, electrical goods, and home decor had no reliable digital destination; they walked from shop to shop, dealing with very problematic traffic and unmanaged parking despite their busy schedule and were forced to settle for limited choices, or trusted recommendations from people without real expertise.

At the same time, vendors with quality products, both imported and locally manufactured, had no effective way to reach online buyers. Their products remained invisible in a world that was rapidly going digital.

Bibek saw this gap firsthand. Through careful and detailed observation of both sides of the market, buyers who lacked information, and sellers who lacked visibility, he launched Sixkey with a mission to solve both problems simultaneously through one powerful platform.

Today, Sixkey bridges that gap every single day, making it easier for Nepali consumers to find the right product at the right price, while giving vendors the digital exposure they need to grow.
